Your Complete User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 786gem ("786gem", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the user", "the player") who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the 786gem platform, including but not limited to the 786gem Casino, Jackpot Slots, live dealer tables, Cockfighting streams, Kabaddi, sports betting, and all associated mobile and web interfaces.

By creating a 786gem account, logging in to your existing account, or depositing funds into your 786gem PKR wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. These Terms apply alongside any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the 786gem Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

786gem reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or phone number on their 786gem account.

To be eligible to register and use the 786gem platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the 786gem platform.
• You are accessing the 786gem platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.

• You have not previously been excluded from the 786gem platform or had a 786gem account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not knowingly using funds obtained through any illegal activity to make deposits into your 786gem account.

786gem reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where satisfactory proof of age is not provided within 72 hours of request. Winnings accrued on unverified accounts may be withheld pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 786gem account registered to one Pakistan mobile number. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities on the same device or mobile number — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering your 786gem account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and Pakistan mobile number. You must notify 786gem promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 786gem login credentials — your username and password must not be shared with any third party.
• All activity that occurs under your 786gem account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying 786gem immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring your registered contact details remain current and accurate so that 786gem can reach you regarding your account and any relevant changes to these Terms.

All transactions on the 786gem platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 786gem does not charge conversion fees on PKR transactions. The following terms apply to all financial activity on your 786gem account:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit into a 786gem account is 500 PKR. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal request from a 786gem account is 500 PKR.
• Deposit Processing: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your 786gem balance within seconds. Raast, SadaPay, and bank transfer deposits via HBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, UBL, and Bank Alfalah are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during business hours.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PST) are processed on the same day to the payment method used for your most recent deposit. Requests submitted after 10:00 PM PST are processed the following business day.
• Withdrawal Verification: 786gem reserves the right to require identity and payment verification before processing withdrawal requests. Verification documents must be submitted within 72 hours of request.
• USDT Withdrawals: Withdrawals in USDT TRC20 or USDT BEP20 are available for players who have deposited via the same method. Network fees applicable to USDT transactions are borne by the player.

786gem reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 786gem may also refer the matter to relevant authorities.

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the 786gem platform, across all product categories including 786gem Casino, Jackpot Slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, Cockfighting, and Kabaddi:

• All bets must be placed through the 786gem interface only. Bets communicated by any other means will not be accepted or honoured.
• A bet is confirmed only when 786gem issues a confirmation — in the form of a bet ID, on-screen confirmation message, or settlement in your PKR wallet. 786gem is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on your end.
• 786gem reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event, market, or game that was offered in error, contained manifestly incorrect odds or paylines, or was placed in breach of applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical fault affecting a game or live dealer table, 786gem will make every effort to settle bets based on available recorded data. If no reliable data exists, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to players' PKR wallets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, sport, and product category. Current limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of play.
• 786gem's decision regarding the settlement of all bets and the resolution of disputes is final, subject only to the internal escalation process outlined in Section 14.

786gem offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, and PKR cashback offers from time to time. The following terms apply to all 786gem promotional activities:

• Each 786gem bonus is subject to a specific wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sports bonuses) will be clearly stated in the offer communication.
• Bonuses are intended for one use per player per household. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times by using different accounts, devices, or payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of both the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• 786gem reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and subject to active wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full. Any attempt to withdraw before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the automatic removal of bonus funds from the account balance.
• Where a player has both real money and bonus money in their account, real money is wagered first unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786gem platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 786gem account, or assisting any other individual in doing so.
• Using the 786gem platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the 786gem platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of any unlawful activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with the 786gem platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or identified game vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player game format offered on the 786gem platform.
• Engaging in matched betting or bonus arbitrage in a manner that violates the specific terms of any 786gem promotion.
• Sharing your 786gem account access with any other person, including permitting a family member or associate to place bets using your account or PKR wallet.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward 786gem support staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the 786gem platform — including but not limited to the 786gem brand name and logo, game interfaces, graphics, animations, text content, software, underlying code, live dealer stream footage, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 786gem or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 786gem platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 786gem content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 786gem software or game.
• Create derivative works based on any 786gem content or interface design.
• Use the 786gem brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or commercial relationship without written authorisation from 786gem.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786gem shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of PKR funds, winnings, or other financial loss resulting from your use of the 786gem platform, except where such loss results directly from 786gem's proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the 786gem platform.
• Losses resulting from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the 786gem platform or any specific game, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or regulatory action.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your 786gem login credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by third parties.
• Decisions, outcomes, or results in any game or sporting event that do not align with your expectations, provided the game or event was conducted fairly and in accordance with its stated rules.

786gem collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a 786gem account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

786gem will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud detection providers as necessary for the operation of the 786gem platform and in compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.

786gem provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits can be set or reduced immediately from your account dashboard. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly PKR loss limits can be set or reduced immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Session reminders and automatic logout timers can be configured to limit the total time you spend on the 786gem platform per day.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks can be requested at any time by contacting 786gem support. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, bet, or claim bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the 786gem platform can be requested at any time. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

786gem reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any 786gem account at any time and without prior notice where:

• 786gem has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player has engaged in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• A player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory age verification, identity verification, or source of funds documentation when requested.
• 786gem is required to do so to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or court requirements.
• A player requests permanent self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions in Section 11.

Upon closure of a 786gem account for any reason other than a breach of these Terms or regulatory requirement, any verified PKR balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, less any applicable bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements.

Where an account is closed as a result of a proven breach of these Terms, 786gem reserves the right to retain all funds held in the account and to recover any losses or costs incurred as a result of the breach.

786gem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 786gem will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — this may include a notification within the 786gem platform, a message to your registered mobile number, or a prominent notice on the 786gem website.

Any changes to these Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the 786gem website, unless a specific effective date is stated. Your continued use of the 786gem platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure from the support team.

These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and 786gem shall be governed by international gambling law and the terms of 786gem's international gaming licence. 786gem operates under an internationally recognised gambling licence granted by a recognised regulatory body. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, or regarding any specific bet, game result, or account action, the following escalation process applies:

1. First Contact: Contact 786gem support via live chat, WhatsApp, or Telegram and describe the dispute clearly. The support team will attempt to resolve all disputes within 48 hours of first contact.
2. Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved at first contact, you may submit a formal written complaint to 786gem via the support email address on the 786gem website. Formal complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and reviewed within 7 business days.
3. Escalation: Where a formal complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the relevant licensing authority as directed by the 786gem compliance team. Details of the escalation process will be provided in the formal complaint response.

786gem's decision on any dispute, as communicated through the formal complaints process, is final and binding unless overturned through the regulatory escalation process described above.
